Hello! I’m Pedro Lobo, Personal Trainer and a Calisthenics Coach and Athlete!
After many months of struggle with consistency in the gym I came across Calisthenics, and right at the end of 2019 began my journey with it. Unfortunately due to Covid and everything being closed, I stopped working out around March/April 2020. But I never lost my interest in this sport and I didn’t want a lockdown to be a reason for me to ever stop again, so I gathered some money on the months after that, bought myself a Pull-Up bar and some equipment, and at the beginning of 2021 I began my journey with it again!
While I was studying to finish my University Degree in Sports and PE Science, I was also helping many friends and family members improve their physical performance, reach their goals, and be in the best shape they could!
Now, after 3,5 years of Training Experience, Teaching Experience and a Finished Degree, I’m able to not only keep moving myself forward, but also help the ones that want and request for mine!
